Warped samples and intergalactic sound effects meet post-punk and funky psych-funk influences, merging into the world of Devon Rexi. The Amsterdam-based group is made up of Nushin Niani, who provides lush, otherworldly vocals and funky bass; Nic Mauskovic (The Mauskovic Dance Band), on backing vocals and upbeat drums; Tobias Jansen, handling turntable magic and production; Lyckle de Jong, on synths and effects; and Goya van der Heyden, on percussion.
